The Avengers! Summer Reading Library Display

Well most of us librarians might be superhero-ed out already, what with such a super summer reading program this year...

But of course, the summer continues onward, and I have my version of a book display befitting the season:

The signage is a small—the file I used for the main picture of the heroes was pretty small to begin with. BUT I still like it. Besides, the real emphasis is on the books, anyway, right? Here's the close-ups:

Yes, yes, I realize Thor is not an alien. But with Marvel making Asgard another planet, I thought it'd be a good way to highlight our space books when we have such limited Norse mythology.

The point is: it's a great way to highlight our nonfiction section. Our juvenile fiction section is looking pretty picked over at this point, so it's nice to have a reminder of what else is available!
